Hi everyone I have just started TBT along with the t-dawg 2.0 diet and I figured the best place to place my training log would be here on T-Nation where I could get feedback and good advice.
CURRENT STATS:
17 years old soon to be 18
172 lbs
5’9
GOAL:
to get down to 155-160 of lean muscle
After doing the math for t-dawg my diet macros are:
“training days”
2080 calories daily
258 g protein
100 g carbs
72 g fat
“non training days”
2080 calories
258 g protein
70 g carbs
86 g fat
Along with TBT I am doing 20 min cardio on training days 30-45 min of cardio on non-training days. I would like to reach my goals by 6/21/06 is this a safe amount of time?
