What’s up T-Nationers? Since I’m on the computer all day basically, I might as well create
my Workout Log on it instead of in a binder. I’m following a basic 4 day split composed of
primarily compound lifts doing 9 reps per set, 3-4 sets per exercise. Critique is always
appreciated, as I’m here to learn as well as share my progress.
PRIMARY GOAL: GAIN 15 - 20LBS WITHIN FIRST YEAR OF LIFTING.
BACK & BI DAY:
DEADLIFT: 155 x 4
BARBELL ROW: 155 x 4
CHIN UPS: 3 SETS.
DUMBBELL CURL: 35x4
Today was a really disappointing day. I haven’t been eating a couple of the things on my Diet Regimen, and although it may not be TOO tragic, I’m the type of person to turn molehills in to mountains. I worked my ass off in the gym, it was probably the most intense I’ve ever worked out; which felt really fucking good. After my workout, I felt as though I was going to puke all over the place; so drinking my post-workout shake was kind of a mission. I haven’t felt like I was going to vomit after lifting for awhile, it was a really good feeling. Hoping to increase my lifts by 10lbs by the 3rd week of September. I’m just about to scarf down chicken, broccoli with olive oil and a yam ( wish me luck :\ ).
