As a beginner I feel like I could benefit a great deal from a mentor in strength. Basically, I’m looking for someone to take me under their wing and teach me everything they know about getting bigger, stronger, and faster.
I’m 20 years old and I’ve been training for 8 months. My numbers aren’t that impressive, but I give 100% and I’m a fast learner. I have no interest in bodybuilding methods, I prefer to train “functionally”.
