@systemlord how can we assist our immune system when affected by testosterone please too?
You have no control over the adapting phase.
You have to experiment and find out what works for you. As I said before, you shouldn’t dose Sustanon beyond every 14 days.
Hi guys,
Need some help pls, i’ve been on test undecanoate injection for approx 6 weeks now, all of a sudden yday my resting heart rate rose to 100 and then stayed there all night, i’ve not slept and had a headache too, its decreased a little but only to 80-90’s now morning after.
Obviously this has increased my anxiety and feel like shit as not slept.
Is this because blood is thickening etc?
Got aches n pains too just in joints etc, feeling cold etc
Not had really any issues apart from this and its a nightmare cos can’t sleep
Any ideas on what to do?
Please let us know if poss?
Cheers
Testosterone undecanoate takes a long time to build up in the system, months in some cases. This is why some get a booster shot.

Thanks, are you saying that the testosterone is finishing, an endocrinologist told me that 6 weeks would be the half life, but urologist seems to think that it would be in its peak? Is this wrong and the test is diminishing now?
What about the above, should i be worried here? I’ve thought it may be due to not training at all, (awaiting to join a new gym) so just done press ups and been for a walk today to get started again. Is this detrimental as if test is diminishing could be outworking myself? Not slept either so had a banging headache along with joints aching and hot/cold… is this likely to do with test issues
My urologist seems to be a moron, told him that it would be best to go for a blood test panel in 8 wks from injection. He’s wrote to my Dr stating bloods at 11 wks n next injection at 12 wks…
I think I’m going to go with Sustanon instead next (only thing is its still bloody 3 wk protocol, absolute morons), not had a great time with TU… as you said I prob wouldn’t, thinking of going private if sust doesn’t work out…?
Sure, if we’re talking about cypionate, (5-7 day half-life) steady states are achieved at 4-6 weeks.
Pharmacokinetics says 5x times the half-life to a steady state. So 5x times 30 is around 5 months.
Pharmacokinetics topics are taught and examined as a part of integrated medical courses.
You’re dealing with a bunch of doctors that don’t really know understand what you’re doing and following outdated suboptimal guidelines. Sustanon has multiple esters, short, medium and long, so dosing it every three weeks makes no sense!
Optimally Sustanon should be dosed <14 days.
So this definitely not in its peak and just comfirm this urologist doesnt know his hand fm his backside!
The endocrinologist seems more accurate as says it will be almost gone within 6 weeks! is it likely this test is now diminishing, because if so, i won’t be going on it again and push for Sustanon every 2 weeks minimum (obviously less frequent would be better). If this is not agreed to, i’m gonna go private with ledger clinic in UK, they seem to know what they’re on about its just so costly! Think they provide hcg along with it too to avoid testicular shrinkage and favour self-injecting etc:+1:t4:

The half life is around 34 days.
I would try to get one of the other esters.
Thanks mate, just to be clear and sorry for being thick, does this mean it will stay in my system active for approx 34 days and then diminish - which would explain why i feel like shit now.
My urologist is useless, he wants me to go for a blood panel at 11 wks and another injection at 12 weeks, no mention of a booster - which i’ve heard from you lads and through research is the best way to go. Safe to say i won’t be using him again.
Regarding even Sustanon protocol (as i would have changed over) is every 3 weeks, which again is useless as too infrequent, if i can push for 2 wks then may do so but if not, will go with a private clinic who provide a much better protocol along with hcg.
Just out of interest, i would favour trying a pct at some point just to see if i knock my balls online so don’t have to stay on TRT for rest of life (obviously if it doesn’t work then will get back on). After one injection of testosterone undecanoate (only saying this as was a 1000mg at once), would you say this is enough… (or best to try more test, different ester and more frequent) and would the best protocol be…
34 days (half life of TU) + 2 weeks = 48 days then hcg with clomid/nolvadex? If so, how much hcg, how frequent and how long for clomid/nolvadex please?
Thanks lads for your help, more useful than having a bloody urologist!
It means that after 35 days, half of what you injected has been metabolized. In another 5 weeks, you’re down to a quarter, which is why they give you another dose at 12 weeks. I know different carrier oils are used and will alter this somewhat.
I do not have any direct or indirect experience with undecanoate. It seems as though it would be the least desirable form of TRT.
Brilliant this makes sense and probably explains why im feeling like shit, cheers ![]()
Please let us know regarding the pct if decided to go with another ester ![]()
That would not be necessary.
Can i just clarify what you mean here? If i was to do a short course of TRT, preferably sustanon, cyp or test e, (if the TU injection ive had is not enough, this was 1000mg) and then wanted to try to do pct to come off this, then what would be the best method in your opinion was my meaning?
Hi guys, wondering if you can help at all?
Been on Nebido for 10, coming upto 11 weeks now, guessing it’s all drained out of system now.
Told Urologist ive had major side effects need a different ester as we discussed.
Urologist has agreed to get me onto different ester - Test Sustanon, stated dosage protocol would usually be 1 x 3 wks, but added that it can be titrated to clinical benefit and test levels, (this is after i pushed and told him need more frequently - so believe he will agree to down to 2 wks, so ill push even further in due course to every 10-14 days). Would be great if managed to do 125mg every 5/7 days which would be ideal and from research heard gives good results, but long way off convincing to do this myself which i think will only way to do this as they dont split doses.
Anyway been for bloods got results as shown Oestradiol/E2 is at 100, was 116 before in August, is something to be concerned about or is this likely just as test is diminishing?
Does all other stuff look ok? You can see hemoglobin and hemocrit and Dr said it’s fine, also diabetes is fine too.
The bloody nurse forgot to add testosterone check on which is main reason I went!
Sustanon should be dosed no more than every 14 days, due to the short, medium acting esters, otherwise you lose the benefit of the multiple ester blend.
A lot of doctors don’t understand pharmacokinetics.
A slight elevation in hematocrit and hemoglobin isn’t something to worry about, unless you have pre-existing medicine conditions.
It’s not uncommon for men on TRT to have higher estrogen levels.
If your LH is any indication, Nebido is cleared out of your system.
Yes, this is why im trying to get to the 14 days as a minimum, hopefully less. I will tell him im feeling symptoms at 10 days in m Hopefully he’ll agree to titrate to this.
Yes, no worries but my issue is mine is low as dropped to 100, was 116?
Not sure what you mean by the LH, as it was 3.5 iu/L before starting the Nebido and it’s not much from that now, so can you please clarify ? Or do you mean the numbers are roughly the same, and should have been much higher/lower on Nebido?
Any idea whats going on with symptoms etc?
No. That is not a significant change. Are you noticing anything?
Yes.
Just generally feel like crap, up and down like a yoyo with mood etc. Depression, anger and anxiety increased, Dizziness and achiness etc
Hopefully get my shot of testosterone sustanon soon but its a bloody nightmare as first nurse forgot to check for testosterone in first blood test! And ive just been again to do it again, urologist has asked for bloods all the time to make sure testosterone is not above the ‘normal range’ before i can get in for an injection.
Then its nightmare getting an appointment for nurse to do it, not surprised people go for ugl… think best im gonna get is testosterone Sustanon every 2 weeks… its 3 weeks at the mo, but im gonna push it! Whats the normal range of testosterone?, as got to make sure its not above that…
I thought these were your labs on Nebido, my mistake.
