Second Cycle - Leanmass / Cut

Hi guys, I’m new!

I’ve been reading some on this boards before, and now it was time for me to ask some questions about my next cycle.

I’m going to run a cutting cycle for next summer, and I’m basically wondering if the stuff below is a good idea!

And yes, I know no AAS is gonna “cut me up BRAH” ^^

About me:

Age: 21
Height: 6’3
Weight: 218 lbs
Fat: 11,6%
Working out with weights: 6 years
Cycle history: 10 weeks on Test E 500mg week, and winstrol 50m ED the last 4 weeks. Im currently in PCT from this cycle.

Startup time: March

Cycle:
1-4 T-bol 50mg ED
1-14 Test E 250mg per week
1-12 EQ 400mg per week
10-14 Winny 50mg ED
12-14 Clen 20-40-60-80-100-120 … etc

1-14 Aroma 12mg EOD
14-16 Aroma 12mg ED
4-16 HCG 500IU per week

PCT:
16-21 Nolva 40-20-20-20-20
17-21 ECA E: 15mg C: 200mg A: 250mg

I use ECA for energy, so I can still finish my workouts.

I will use the first 4-5 weeks for leanbulking. I feel that I can still add some mass fast. Especially on certain lagging bodyparts. Calves, chest, shoulders etc…
Rest of the weeks I will use for cutting.

Pinning rotation: 3ml each time (1ml Test E, 2ml EQ)

  1. Right quad
  2. Left quad
  3. Right glute
  4. Left glute
    Repeat

Other supplements:

Fish oil
Multi-vitamin
Liv-52 when on Oral
Vitamin E
Vitamin C
Creatine On and Off
Protein…
ZMA at night
BCAA
Glutamine

Preworkout:
Taurine
Caffeine
AAKG

Dextrose/Maltodextrin

Whey
Dextrose/Maltodextrin

My question to you is:

How many kcal should I eat per day for cutting?
My BMR is 2200 kcal
Weight: 218lbs
Height: 6’3
Fat: 12-13%

How does my injection rotation look?
I’ve never pinned anything else than quads before.

Is EQ during a cut a good idea?
The clear benefits I see is increased endurance and making me vascular.
The downside is increased hunger, but I don’t know what to expect here really.

Im also very curious on tren, but the sides kinda creeps me out!
Anyone got some experience to share on this?

You’re going to have to go into detail why you want to “cut” at the emaciated weight of 218lbs @ 6’3. Is this for a sport? A modelling gig? Figure competition?

I want to cut so I can actually feel comfortable in my own body! I need to have my full six-pack and be rock hard during summer to feel good! =)

Also, I want to have as little fat as possible before my next bulk, which will be around late winter 2010, if everything goes as planned =)

Also, at 21, I wouldn’t suggest a 14 week (let alone 16 weeks of total suppression) cycle.

Check out the ‘nutrient partitioning’ thread that talks about tren. Many people love that drug for cutting as well as bulking. Plus, you could run it (tren ace) with test prop for 8 weeks and have 8 weeks and a few days total suppression.

Why do you doubt that really?

Yeah, I know 16 weeks is a bit too much, you’re probably right here!

I should probably forget all about EQ then, since I need to run it for such a long time!

The main reason why I didn’t want to run tren in the first place is because it reduce aerobic capacity. Is this permanent btw?

I’m sprinting 3 days a week plus my weight training, so tren would definitely have a bad effect on my sprinting, right? This is ok tho, if it isn’t permanent! =)
