6’7 255 lbs (Right now, haven’t been on anything in 2-3 months)
25 years old
Top Bench 395 Top Squat 365 Top Deadlift 495
Yes, I know I bench more than I squat, I don’t care at all.
My BF now is prob somewhere in the 11%-13% range (4 abs visible)
Cycle history: 4 cycles that were 2-3 months then my fifth cycle I was on Test for 8 months followed by a 2-3 month break taking large amounts of clomid and novadex and some hcg protocols. I was 20 when I took my first cycle. Which I posted on this site (I was just a little kid all pumped I got my hands on some sus lmao)
My Goals: To become as hard as humanly possible at the highest weight I can be. Because of my height I do not want to drop into the 220’s because I will look like a skinny bitch.
I hired a coach, I have all his info on diet/supplements. I just want to hear everyone’s opinion on the following because I’ve been seeing and hearing a lot of conflicting advice.
Test E- 750 MG a week
EQ- 600 MG a week
Tren E- 600 MG a week
Proviron- 25 Mgs Daily (Entire Time)
Winny-50 MGs Daily (Last 6 weeks only)
Anavar- 25-50 mgs daily (I know this is a low dose, I’m simply looking for the hardening effect Oxandrolone produces, not so much for muscle building)
(Last 8 weeks)
5 IU of HGH Daily. prob split into 2 shots a day.
I will be taking Liv52, Milk Thistle, and a laundry list of vitamins. So no need to mention that.
Diet- 7 Meals a day. 420 Grams of Protein, 480 Grams of Carbs, 32 Grams of Fat Daily TO BEGIN We will cut carbs as we see necessary.
Its a 6 Day workout routine with 1 entire Rest day. Carbs cut that day.
MY QUESTIONS
Cycle Length is 12-16 Weeks (You will see why its not exact in a sec)

My coach, along with a few others said there is nothing wrong with running Tren E for the entire duration of this cycle. This raised a serious red flag. “I know BB’s that have run Tren 12-20 weeks that got back regular blood tests after the show” was what he said. That sounds like Bro Science to me. Is Tren E less Toxic then Tren A? If 6-8 weeks is the max anyone should use tren then why would anyone use Tren E because of the long ester length?

If I wanted to run a 12 week cycle, Would EQ really be that effective? I’ve heard many say that 12 weeks is the absolute minimum someone should take EQ and its really meant for 16-20 week cycle to build hard lean body mass.
I will ultimately try to come off testosterone permanently in the future but if I have to be on TRT that’s fine to. If you have any recommendations or know any awesome PCT protocols feel free to say those as well.
