Seated DB Power Cleans

I saw these mentioned in a program before. I searched all over this site, but I can’t find a description of them. Does anyone know of a link or how to do them?

The other way I’ve seen to do them is to sit at the edge of a chair/bench, and do a shrug into the clean like a real one. It obviously works the traps more.

The way I’ve done these is to sit on my bench with two dumbells hanging down and just attempt to “hang clean” them in one swift motion and repeat the process; yeah a shitty explanantion but it’s the best I can do. As long as you’re feeling the exercise in your traps and that general area that actual power cleans work, you know you’re at least doing something right.
