All in all pretty good, considering that I’ve been trying to shake a cold for the last week or so.[/i]

Not so good… felt slugish and unexplosive. I did do DL on tuesday, so that might be the reason.

I swear your more of a man then I am . My ass would be dragging after one of your training sessions.

A belated thank you! For that comment… I do however doubt it

I have to admit that I don’t understand your training at all. However it is obviously working and your sessions are really freaking intense so hats off to you. I’d die if I tried that.

My conditioning level is by no means high or good! I think any of you could do it… And there is really no mystery to the reps and weights. It is basically just an entire 5/3/1-week stuffed in to one session.

Where the Hell have you been!!!

I was starting to think you feel off the face of the Earth.

Steady progression Smitty!

We spent Christmas at my parents in Denmark, and loading T-Nation on their stoneage connection was pure hell.
