595 kg
3110 kg Should’ve been 107,5 but the idiot I shared the bench with loaded a 5kg instead of 2,5 on his side
4*120 kg +3 reps Only one rep short of my rep PR
You younguns and your music. Not really a metal guy but really like the selections. Nephews I really liked. Great squats and doing bench after MP is very ambitious.

Thanks man! I knew the bench would suck when I decided to go (nearly) all-out on the MP, usually it’s only a good warmup for my bench.
Big surprise! Every thing else felt like crap today but I somehow pulled out a PR… I think that’s the first time I’ve been doing reps with 200kg from the floor

My guess is '86 or '87, can’t really remember when that album came out.
I was going to guess something like that.It does have that sound from around that era.

Good DL PR. Just noticed, you’re hitting bench, squats, and MPs 3 times a week. Any recovery problems?
Thanks!
Recovery has been fine actually! This week however, I haven’t gotten enough sleep and I’m paying the price for that. That’s more than likely to be the reason why wedensday and today felt so hard to get through.

Your lifting is inspiring, and frankly abit scary. I need my own private nurse to survive lifting like that.
The overall volume isn’t actually very big. I post ALL my work sets, the extra work I do besides Squat, Militarypress, Bench, and Deadlift is at best minimal. I bet you could do it too!
