Damn I liked that Nephew band to, nice combo of 80’s rock with new age feel. Never go wrong with Disturbed either.

Bench felt a little heavy, I guess the MP didn’t really help that

A little musical story, listen to the songs in order!

As a bonus you hear how the band evolves over the course of three albums

Always can count on you for good music.

You younguns and your music. Not really a metal guy but really like the selections. Nephews I really liked. Great squats and doing bench after MP is very ambitious.

Thanks man! I knew the bench would suck when I decided to go (nearly) all-out on the MP, usually it’s only a good warmup for my bench.

My guess is '86 or '87, can’t really remember when that album came out.

Good DL PR. Just noticed, you’re hitting bench, squats, and MPs 3 times a week. Any recovery problems?

Your lifting is inspiring, and frankly abit scary. I need my own private nurse to survive lifting like that.

Thanks!

Recovery has been fine actually! This week however, I haven’t gotten enough sleep and I’m paying the price for that. That’s more than likely to be the reason why wedensday and today felt so hard to get through.

The overall volume isn’t actually very big. I post ALL my work sets, the extra work I do besides Squat, Militarypress, Bench, and Deadlift is at best minimal. I bet you could do it too!
