Very nice work. That’s a lot of sets of bench. Which wore out first, the pecs or the triceps?
My delts usually are the ones to start complaining first… then triceps. The volume isn’t that bad, it’s gonna get at lot worse :-)
Yep…that is what gets me as well. Front delts get pounded.

thanks! I can lift ok conv, but it just feels more solid/tight when I lift sumo.

 • rear delt flyes, and DB shrugs

Just looked back at the numbers for the past two weeks. I started tracking volume and KG/REP just to have a something to measure my training by.

BP volume 6.6t → 11.8t
BP KG/REP 54.4kg → 60.77kg

other numbers to take notice of. Squat volume is up nearly 3t and KG/REP 16kg, MP volume went down??? but KG/REP up (not much but up non the less).

Total push volume 9.3t → 14.1t

Total pull volume 8.2t → 11.5t

Lets see how far I can push it

Training looks good over here schmidt! I keep having to convert all the metric though

 • some sort of seated row on an air-pressure machine…

Tomorrow is squat time, that is if my “back” will let. I write “back” because it’s not at spinal issue. Saturday/sunday night I managed to pull a muscle in my back, now from what I can see on anatomical map

http://www.adnan-khan.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/posterior_full.jpg

it’s around the serratus a/p I.lomborum… I’ve ruled out the lat as rows/pulls have been completely painless. Gonna have to find a new place for massage, haven’t been since my old place closed (2 1/2 years ago)

Really good lifting. See you’ve worked the vacation out of you.

Thanks! I’m getting there. Squat and MP is ok, BP so, so… and I don’t even want to think about my deadlift.

All in all a good day at the gym.

Taking the day of from training tommorw. My oldest starts pre-school on Monday, so this will be the last weekday with both of the home with me for a while… Maybe we’ll clean out the tank a buy a couple of new fish, pig-out on ice cream.

Been listening to a LOT of SOAD these past days, nice to have them back in rotation.

Nice work, Schmidt. Bench is looking good.

Strick, BD… thanks! It’s comming along quite ok.
