Schmidts' Barbell Adventures

Sounds fun and like a great workout. Nice looking facility as well.
Your lifting is looking really good.

That’s raw.

I’m really fascinated by the gear, but right now I don’t have the time to mess around with it.

Besides that, at least in Finland there is a rather strong RAW “wind” blowing, this year there will be a sanctioned “unofficial” RAW-bench national in the IPF affiliated federation. I figure by the time I hit M1 status (4 1/2 years from now) the might be a official RAW division and that’s where my focus and long term goals are…[/quote]

I have noticed that here too. Seems like more and more people are gravitating to full RAW power meets. I have been training raw but honestly the shirt helps my beat up shoulders. I had to take last week off because I just felt tired and beat to shit…

Haven’t done shit in almost a week now. First 3 days this week got blown by packing and travelling to my parents i Denmark. I’m here alone with my kids as my wife is working the entire summer.

I was hoping to join the local PL gym today, but that plan got screwed today… Hope it wil happen tomorrow.

to do a little work I started this fun little thing http://hundredpushups.com/

It’s all fun and games… in a little while I’ll be “old” enough to be in this forum.

Summer happened, 2 weeks at my parents with the kids home and back to Denmark to attend the funeral of a friend/uncle and I didn’t touch a barbell in almost 3 weeks. Now I’m back and ready to get things rolling again…

Thanks guys, it’s good to be back!

Just got back home after a 12 hour shift (the first after five weeks of vacation) and I’m tired but still wired. So I’ll do something usefull and update my log.

Got a few sets on M presses I see.

Hmmmm. Someone’s entered the race.

Well, I had to do something. Someone once said that, if you want to be good at somethhing you have to do it a LOT.

^^ nice work

Very nice work. That’s a lot of sets of bench. Which wore out first, the pecs or the triceps?

My delts usually are the ones to start complaining first… then triceps. The volume isn’t that bad, it’s gonna get at lot worse
