Nice work all the way around.
And I have similar issues with the kids. All 3 like to be in there when I am lifting. Besides having to keep up with my boys, so that they are not under the bar when under the bar, my daughter can’t be quiet. Oh, and the fact that they think my power rack is a jungle gym

Pretty happy with today’s training. Not too bad, considering that I’ve been tryin to shake a minor cold for 3-4 days now. Felt like shit this morning but a solid breakfast and 500mg of caffeine, vitamin B complex, and taurine got me going!

You have a logpress. Cool. I find a coffee and a power drink before lifting gets me going.[/quote]
The public gym have one. Actually I think it’s a local strongman competitor that have one, along with farmers walk handles(2 kinds, huge +300# ones, and basic 10# ones), atlas stones, and a yoke. He just keeps them a the gym.
A friend of mine have a contact at a German supps company. Haven’t tried a lot the stuff yet, but the pre-workout booster sure packs one hell of a punch! I got me out of the hole.

I think I love your gym. I was drooling as I read the list of your gym toys.

Pretty ok: I decided to jump straight in to cycle number 2, hell I might even do number 3 aswell, before I deload. It all depends on what fits in the program, I hoping to find a competition towards the end of the year … 1st or 2nd weekend in december.
