Schmidts' Barbell Adventures

Again, nice work.
I get pain on the inside of my elbows as well. It comes and goes and I suspect it is a little tendinitis.

With the troublesome arm in pronate grip there is no problem, I’ll just let it pass on its own…

HELLO?

Is it me you’re looking for?

I know I kinda dropped of the planet again… It happens.

It’s been a while since I posted in my log, so let’s kick some life in to it! A little resume first…

At the beginning of February I had swollen up to around 118 kg and I decided that enough was enough. I got out all bread, rice, pasta, flour, and potatoes form my diet. So far I’m down to around 108 kg and I’ll keep going as long as I don’t feel that I’m loosing too much strength.

I’ve set a date for my next meet (14th May), and I’ve just started the preparation for it. First Squat was yesterday and went as follows:

Sunday 6. March 2011 (Hepburn W1/D1)

… I HATE pull-ups, that’s why I do them!
