Good physique but your chest kind of looks man boobish from certain angles ( great seperation and cut tho) Make sure to have proper drugs on hand to help next time you feel sore nipps

Edit: Althouugh I do believe I have a slight case of gyno under my left nip from puberty. I also hold extra fat/water in my chest. I guess it’s from being extremely over weight the first 17 years of my life.

if you were really overweight for a while thats why your nips look all nice and purtty ![]()
I really dont know of any way to make that look better,not that its horrible now, other than to just try and fill out your chest more where its not so noticeable.

Haha yeah I always figured being overweight is what gave me my special nips LOL. Trust me, I’ve heard all types of comments about them.
As for the weightlosss part< I lost the weight starting in January of 06 of my senior year of high school. Stopped playing football and wanted to look good basically. My diet was shit, so just simply cutting out all the gatorade, sodas, cheesesteaks, pizza etc etc was a start. Switched to all whole wheat carbs and lean meats. I actually turned into a runner and ran about 12 miles during the work/school week. I essentially did it the wrong way but the running really helped me cut off all the fat. WEight training was basically second nature to me as I carried over what I learned from playing football for 5 years and constantly working out. But I definitely started incorporating everything I learned on here.
In fact I used to follow Ian Kings 12 Weeks to Super Strength.
It was a really good program for me, and helped me keep some of my strength even during my massive 6 month long weight loss bout. Once I got down to about a low of 162 I held that weight until the following summer of 07 in June and decided to bulk up and get big when I returned from vacationing in mexico. I knew I had lost alot of muscle mass from football and that I wouldn’t look good unless I built up a really good base to show off when I finally did decide to cut again. So, I bulked up almost 45 pounds from June 07 through February 08 and then did my most recent cut which has lead me to where I am now.
Ahhhh brings back memories from HS football and my glory days…sigh
It’s been awhile since I’ve done this program but I can tell you it worked for me. I would always do it during the summer months leading up to football camp to get my numbers and strength up, not to mention it works pretty well for size. Ony downfall is it’s all upper body. You have to incorporate you’re own lower body workout into it which isn’t hard to do. It’s 4 phases, each phase lasting 3 weeks. Here ya go, it’s a really good read to if you have the time.
Had to pull these bad boys up out the the Article dungeons. Shit has time really gone by. Makes me almost feel old, and upset that I didnt actually sign up for this site til 07 even tho I have been reading it since 03-04.
