So apparently, according to islamic law as interpreted by the Saudis, a rape victim is to be punished for mating with an “unrelated male”. What that dumb bitch go get herself raped for by somebody other than their father, brother, cousin or husband?
CAIR would like to see the U.S. under islamic law, could you just imagine? I’d be getting the death penalty for sure.
This story is a pretty fucked up one. I don’t see how anyone can be in support of leaving the region alone.
The middle east today is middle aged europe under the catholic inquisition. I highly doubt that woman wants the US and it’s views of justice to fuck off.
You do realize that those savages are the ones who essentially blew up those tall towers in 2001? You also do realize that they don’t allow women to drive, Jews to pray, and would put you in jail for owning a few copies of the Bible? And don’t forget that Saudi money finances extremist groups worldwide and that most foreigners shooting at your troops in Iraq are Saudis.
The Al-Sauds are evil people, that much is sure. Supporting them makes you accomplices.
That said, such cases are certainly not unheard of in the US. It wouldn’t surprise me to find a decades-old case of a “negro” accused of the same thing. But let’s stick to the present…

When you say ‘leave the region alone’ what exactly do you mean?
I am wondering if because they have a law that you disagree with, this means and justifies invading their country.

Lixy, tell us something we don’t already know, please…and does us a favor and stick to the story and stop twisting shit as if you’re supporting the actions of the topic of this thread…we already know you condemn us Americans…Oh,I’m sorry…you meant our government, right?smirk. Such cases are not unheard of in the US??? I’ve never heard of a case like that over here.

A) The fact that we support these pigs IS disgusting.
B) He was talking about a few decades ago when this could quite easily happen to a black woman who was raped by white men. The wording might be different, but it is essentially the same premise. However, Lixy, you should note that the justification for letting the white guys off would be calling it consensual or denying it ever happened, whereas in this case they are actually prosecuting her for RAPE.

That’s what I was referring to…these are things that we already know…I hate our support for Saudi Arabia and trust me I’ve done enough research…educational and family related…to know of those race related issues back in the day.

I don’t mean to sound like I’m defend those disgusting freaks and their twisted patriarchal system, but from my understanding, she was prosecuted for being in an unrelated man’s car which violates Saudi law on segregation of the sexes.
You may wanna check your facts.

If this is true, then yep, this definitely could’ve happened to a black woman less than a century ago.
Lixy you ignore the fact that such treatment of women is not unique to Saudi Arabia. Compared to other Islamic countries the Saudi’s are being quite leniant.
In Iran sixteen year old Atefah Sahaaleh was executed for getting raped.

In Nigeria a woman was sentenced to be stoned to death for getting as a punishment for rape.

You mean the Kuwaitis who allowed their women to vote in 2004?

Oooh, the bogeyman is of course Iranian. What was I thinking?
Anyway, that Atefah chick, was at her fourth conviction (for non-chastity) at the time of the judgment. She admitted having an affair for many years with some older guy, and is taken very seriously in Iran. But hey, you guys lock up people for having sex with a 17 years old, or worse, smoking weed!
She kinda put herself in a very vulnerable position by her repeating offenses to the Iranian legal system. If you don’t want trouble in that country, you stay away from sex until you’re married. Something she repeatedly violated. I’m not saying that the last verdict was just ar appropriate, but it’s not like she haven’t been warned. To top it off - and that was a clear judicial mistake - her age was reported as 22 in legal documents.
She was hanged for being a slut and for disrespecting the court. If you don’t want to get burned, don’t play with fire.
Sheesh, do you guys seriously believe any people would tolerate a system where a rape victim gets punished openly?
I’ll reiterate the point that such legal abuses happen in the USA as well.

I went through the whole article but was unable to find the case you’re referring to. It’s either that I’m not quite awake yet, or that you simply didn’t really bother reading the article. Which is it?

Dude, people in Africa EAT each other.
There are shitholes occupied by primitive races all over the earth.
Have you forgot?
Who appointed us to be crusaders for their moral upbringing?

good post.
I am not sure about the exsitance of canibals in Africa though, I think the last recorded case of a canabalistic tribe discovered was in south America.

Hey, I’m no Iranian legislator. I didn’t make their laws, neither do I approve of them. Probably shouldn’t have used the derogatory “slut” wording, but that’s the most common term to describe a promiscuous woman. Live with it.
Saying that she was killed for being a rape victim (which everyone here seems to believe), is entirely different than saying she transgressed Iranian laws. The thread and Sifu’s post are prime examples of disinformation. Trust me, there’s plenty wrong with the Saudi (or Iranian) regime. No need to distort facts to get the message across.

4 men at 17 may have been a “slut” in the 60.
Not anymore.

You realize she was at the most 13 when this “consenting” affair started, right? Why was a scared littl girl, raped by this man over and over, hung by her neck? Why
Let me ask you this, who signed the “petition” to have her picked up by the Moral police for the last time? What birth year was on her birth certificate and death certificate? What effort did the Judge make to verify her age?
No, she was hung because that “slut” played “with fire” all right. She made an Islamic man abuse and rape her since the age of 13 because of her whorish ways. Him? He got some lashes.

We have no choice but to bring them into the twenty first century. They have been invading the west and taking over secular areas for decades. We do not have equality between our civilisations so the immigration has been one way. If we don’t do something they are going to wipe out our culture just like we wiped out the Indians.
The middle east is where this evil culture originates. By leaving that unchanged while they continue enlarge the enclaves they have set up in areas like Londonistan and Paris is cultural suicide.
If the Indians had slaughtered the Puritans at Plymouth Rock they would not be in the situation they are in now.

No Lixy. Atefah was killed because she had the temerity to excercise her inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
What happened to Atefah goes a lot deeper than just the Iranians or the Saudi’s. What Atefah’s case and the Saudi womans case show is that muslim men are punks who don’t have the balls to let their sisters be free. Muslim men don’t have the cojones to act like real men, so you bully women because it makes you feel like big men.
When Atefah was murdered you all said good riddance the slut got what she deserved for being damaged goods. Because in Islam a young womans full worth as a human being is based upon wether or not she has a hymen.
Now a Saudi woman who was violated by muslim men is going to be skinned alive and what happens? When word of it leaks out they up the sentence. Why because they know what they are doing to women is a complete disgrace. Because real men don’t treat women the way muslims do.
