SSB is a bit humbling if you haven’t used it before. It seems to have really good carry over to a standard BB squat though.

Oh yeah - I’ve owned several. I actually can squat more weight with one than with a straight bar, weirdly enough.

High Bar Squat
”Warmed up” and called it there. Hips, knees and back too fatigued. I was cramping everywhere too. Not a good sign.

Not a good session overall. Maybe another day of rest would have made a difference… I don’t think so though. Weird, because I was feeling pretty good walking in to the gym.

Disappointing after having such a great session yesterday.

On the plus side, a guy watching me squat called me a beast, so that was nice.

Got good sleep and food. That multigrip bar hits different on a floor press. Still regressing on skull crushers, but it felt better at that rep count. It’ll build back up if I stay on top of recovery efforts

Solid deads and box squats, even after the pulled groin. Nothing but meat and potatoes in here and some solid training.
