I do this too. I have been doing paused push press where I pause at the bottom of the dip, seems to be helping with stopping me folding forward.

I’m dropping to a M-W-F workout schedule. I can’t seem to recover enough to support 4 days per week training. Sleep and appetite disruption and various joints hurt in a rotation as my body tries to move resources around.
But, even with these issues, the mirror is telling me nice things.
Squats tonight, for which I will do an extended warmup of the knees and hips. If I can make it to the gym without slipping on some ice…
