AI kept me at the same weight on development and assistance exercises tonight. I resolved to stick to prescribed weights on those and opted for reps on the bodybuilding stuff. Joints are definitely happier for it.
A kid watching me bench said he thought it was awesome and asked how long Iād been benching that much. āJust now,ā I told him. Iāve actually done more, but thatās been so long ago now that I donāt count it.

Iām absolutely certain now that Iāve got a double in me at 465. Maybe even a triple.
Box squat went well. Just gotta keep the pressure equal on both legs. That keeps the left hip happy.
I feel like a unit from my shoulders to my tush. Triceps feel strong. I think push presses will go well on Monday if I keep fed.
