Could feel the leg pulling, but it didn’t twang even at full depth. If I take the descent slowly it should be okay from here on out. All reps I was popping out of the hole.

Supposed to do squats tonight, but back is still tired from pulling up carpet and removing the tack strips.

Have to tone down my alcohol intake too - it’s affecting recovery.
