As much as I enjoy the “train all the muscles” mindset and driving myself into the dirt, I have to conclude that it’s not sustainable and counter-productive to my goals. These extra days of pushing pullups/pulldowns is just going eat recovery time, not improve my main lifts and this next week would add another set to each assistance movement on top of it.
I’ll keep calf and grip work along with some bounces as they are not taxing, but otherwise just do the program.
