Crazy wife, miserable life. Iāve been on T (rx) since 2013. Now 75. I donāt work out. Wiry build, could lose about 20 lbs, brain works fine, given that my wife has Alzheimerās and Iāve been caring for her, now into year 4. Itās taking its toll on me but without trt,(and psychotherapy and psychiatry) I believe Iād be far worse. I canāt wait for the day that I no longer am doing this. Only those whoāve cared for someone with dementia understand.
Everyone on here is great. Been absent because I donāt have a life but Iāve missed reading the threads and talking with some of the guys who Iāve come to know on the forum.

Now I walk funny Was supposed to do 4x6 with the last set being a rep-out. I was really looking forward to it, all the reps were easy up to this point and now Iām frustrated.
