Took 3 days of recovery. Shoulders were paining pretty strong after the last minicycle. Still had twinges getting under the bar for squats, but minor.

What’s the community opinion on a little drink after a workout? A bit of Maker’s Mark or a Negra Modelo seems to bring my arousal level down such that I can get to sleep.

If lifting is getting you aroused,…. erm yep not sure what to suggest on that front…! ha.

But a bit more inflammation from the booze to add to lifting inflammation. Probably not ideal. But if it works run with it…!?

Are you thinking of competing in a weight class ? If not do you feel good ?

If you aren’t competing and feel good then who cares what you weigh

Mostly just want to gain weight and to know if I’m gaining weight. I intend to weigh 200lbs at least. I don’t know what I weigh now. Arms chest and legs are getting bigger, but I’m ignorant as to whether there was any actual weight added.

I don’t have a scale either, so I have to remind myself to do it at the gym.
