Trained in a friends garage. He has enough kit such that i could do my main exercises. He and his wife are putting us up until the new furniture for the apartment comes in.
Managed to wear myself out enough to where i fell ill. Been flat on the back for the last 4 days sleeping it out. As soon as i got better, my wife went down.
At least we’ve got the car now. Shipping company dropped it off a couple days after we landed.

Sometimes moving takes the starch out us. When we moved back to Idaho, between the nearly 5000 foot gain in altitude, and stress of moving, I was laid up for a bit. I hope tonight’s workout goes well.

Household boxes finally made it across the country to my flat and my new bank almost kept me from taking delivery because, to them, paying the driver looked like a fraudulent transaction.
Cleared that and got our boxes, including clothes. Been living out of a suitcase and a friend’s laundry room charity.
Ready to get a routine going. Due to time difference now with work now, I’ll need to do morning workouts. Ew. Means more warmup, but maybe it’ll be a good thing.
Oh and I bought my friend a new Ohio power bar. His two bars were both bent. Unsafe. They’ll make good beater bars though.
Banks are ornery like that. But, seeing as I have had debit cards charged in London and Beirut, I am glad they are vigilant.

I’m test-running the program in the BoostCamp app. If I like it, I’ll probably sign up for Bromley’s app.
I looked at it. I think his app is $24.99 a month. Kind of steep for me but I guess it’s basically like an AI personal trainer with programming.
I have heard good reviews about his programs.
