I don’t swing these or bob on my knees. Staying strict and my biceps are getting bigger without using more weight.
This workout style seems to keep me in the zone. I don’t get amazing pumps, but I don’t wreck myself for the next day and everything is getting stronger. We’ll see if I can keep from indulging my stupids.
I did the rear laterals bent over and allowed my hands to travel a little towards my hips while raising. Rear delts are still really sore two days later.

Good session. That big sandbag almost made me decide to go home. There’s a well-outfitted gym in Chicago not 15 minutes walking distance from the new apartment with STRONGMAN EQUIPMENT.
Chicago?..that’s a heck of a move.
You might enjoy a trip someday up to Gurnee, to Monster Garage Gym- world class, world record holders ect. powerlifting/strongman stuff.

Moving that 200lb bag the other day has my left bicep feeling tweaky at the proximal tendon. May skip curls today.
I wanted to do the 150 sandbag over shoulder in place of snatch grip DLs tonight, but I might have to give up on that idea. I’ll try the 100 for a few reps, see how it feels and decide then.
I’d really like to get this lift into my training, it’s just such a total-body unifying movement.
Quads is about 5 miles from the new house. Might have to drop in there.

10lbs more than I weigh. Probably looked funny as hell, some old dude grunting and waddling it into the fight room.
Elbow tendinitis is getting incrementally better. Still stings on bench press and some pulling movements, but is miles better than it was a month ago and a month ago it was already much improved.
Things are looking up on that front.
Pretty sure you are passing your pain onto me. Happy to take one for the team though.
