There should be more PRs if I stick to the program RPEs and handle the out-of-gym recovery variables appropriately.
Itās like Iām not really doing anything but throwing effort at it and reaping outsized rewards for it.
I figure that Iāll be strict pressing weights I was feeling nervous about push-pressing last cycle IF I can keep adding mass to my frame.

Iām coming up on my toes on the right side during high bar squats, compensating for a hip weakness. A little extra volume to strengthen it.
Development volume goes up next week. Poundage or reps might drop in later sets then.
Iām trying to de-emphasize PRs. I donāt want to be chasing them - I want them to happen as a natural consequence of following the program and staying in the pocket on the RPE recommendations. I think Iāll get farther overall and not hurt myself if I do that.
