Is there a safe way to do one?
Cool tip for today, March 11th.
Today’s tip comes from Charles Poliquin:
A Safer Upright Row
Many people say the upright row should be tossed out of the exercise toolbox. I’m not anti-upright row if it’s done with a rope tied to the implement you’re going to lift. This saves the wrist a lot of stress, which ultimately saves your shoulder. You could also use a low cable pulley with a rope.
