?s about AM/PM routine.

hi all.

I am starting to stick to am pm routine(twice a day)
I fee good by doing this, it makes me feel stronger and fresh every time I come to gym just because of the shorter exercise hour for each session.
However I have few questions about this training method.

  1. Is it right to train the same muscles on AM and PM pn the same day?

  2. I am combining push-pull routine with AM PM routin.
    For example.

            day1(pull day)  AM -deadlift, bent row (5reps*8sets)  
                            PM - the same as above (8reps*5sets)
            
            day2(push daY)  AM -bench press, squat (5reps*8sets)  
                            PM - the same as above (8reps*5sets)   
    

    should I make pull in the moring and push on the afternoon on the same
    day? Is there any changes that I should make to be more effective?

  3. Some T-Nation coaches recomand to train different muscle on AM & PM
    and also not to train with the same exercises. what is right?

  4. Should I add more exercise to my plan? I am kind of trying to stick
    to simple.

  5. I have very weak grip should I train them seperately or should i not
    use straps when i do deadlift and etc…? I am currently using straps
    when I’m doing workouts otherwise I can’t complete the sets.
