Deaadlift around 110 for 5 idk I don’t really deadlift
Kinda stuck at bench n squat
I weight 87 BTW means the same as be4
If um no longer get going up or down on scale whst should I change?
If you want to go up eat more if you want to go down eat less.
I wanna go up muscle weight not fat
Just eat a little bit more than you are now, maybe like 200-400 calories.

tempo and ben bukilski shit… 4 sec down… squeeze the muscle while lifting… made me bigger but no stronger…
got an injury in place i dont even …work… my ankle tendom… healed it put it was pain…
You should be squeezing the muscle while lifting. HARD and EXPLOSIVELY. You lower under control, not in 4 sec. I told you so many times all this shit about tempo and pumping up the muscle is nonsense but you just refuse to listen.

breakast divded into 2 meals 8 whol eggs and 1 bread
2… 400 gram cottge cheese
3 is launch its chiken breast and rice…
then gym then back home eating same as launch… makes it whole chiekn brest a day… thats it
50 gram beanuts… some sweet potato… or smached potato

You are asking the same questions again. The answers have all been written out in this thread multiple times. It took us time and energy to write them. They have not changed. I simply don’t understand why you keep asking them again. Can you explain this to me? Is it a language issue? Are you unhappy with the answers and would like to hear something else?

Muscle has weight. Your bodyfat level looks the same. So, if your bodyweight has not changed, how can you possibly have gotten bigger? Explain.

If you are investing your time and money in something and are not willing to do the right things to get results, don’t you think it’s a bad investment? Do you not think you should either a)change your approach to the right way, which would include things you don’t want to do, to get results instead of posturing with that false bravado crap (“I ain’t gonna quit brah!”) because this only shows you are more willing to proclaim you will do what it takes than actually do it, or b)cut your losses and invest in something else more worthwhile that will actually benefit you? Like learning a new skill for better career prospects?
