Let me just give you some life advice. If noobs are buzzing around getting excited about something that you don’t see many accomplished people endorsing, it probably yields quick (and sometimes marginal) returns but it cannot be sustained, nor is it scalable in the long run. You may even sustain a loss in terms of opportunity cost in the end. That means it sucks.
I think you should just do a 531 variation of your choice to the letter now that your head is filled with too much nonsense.
Log your workouts. ALL OF THEM.
Post videos of your lifts nearing failure.

Okok maybe I was to harsh with my criticism of SS. It’s the noobs who are giving advice to other noobs doing the program that suck. Still, I would not advise doing it for reasons that you probably won’t be able to understand due to the language barrier and current training level.

Its not always about piling on the weights, and crushing yourself. Sometimes, you just have to find a way to get better. To get more results, without just looking to add more weight.
When you learned to “pull your ribs down” and fixed your butt wink, you got “better.” Maybe you didn’t add 50 pounds to your squat in one workout, but you took a step forward that will improve all your squatting. Now, you should be able to see the value of taking a step back, and how to use non-max weights, but still make your workout better.

That specific template isn’t in beyond 5/3/1 though. There is a GVT template in the book, but it doesn’t include the jokers.
If you wont buy the books, use the free articles Jim has put out.
