Why are you doing that silly superset anyway? I keep telling you that you need to go heavy. I tell you soreness doesn’t mean anything. I told you that you need to keep ONE exercise as your main exercise and go up in weight every week. Why aren’t you listening?

In one. This confuses the hell outbid me, because @rymon511 you’re not lazy (as far as I can tell) and you’re consistent enough, but it does seem like you might be asking loads of questions in the hope that you’ll get an answer you like, instead of helpful advice.

You’ve had some great moments of clarity, but then you go and muddy the waters again.

I think we’ve all said this before: stop reading the internet and focus on learning about training by doing it. Yes, this means limiting your reading; and relying on our (@dt79, @Yogi1 and my) advice but I think between us we’ll get more right than wrong.

it was heavy as hell… the machne in that gym isnt light… in other gym i put each side 105 kilo i swear… but this gym got heavy machines…

What do you understand by “intensity”? I can train with intensity and not go to failure. I can train to failure and still train like a pussy.

I really don’t think you are getting it lol. At 190lbs and only relatively lean, I was benching 140kg for a double and squatting 180kg for reps. You do not have enough muscle. You will look not look much different from your photo at the start of this log when you cut. If you try to get shredded, you will look skinny with clothes on.

I am not telling you eat more and focus on increasing your strength for no reason.

If you don’t believe me, feel free to carry on with what you are doing. Yeah, feel the burn bro! Constant tension ftw!

I already gave you my opinions on all of this in this thread. They have not changed. Are you expecting a different answer?

Also,

  1. You are not bulking. You have been hovering around the same weight for months. Now you’re not even looking at the scale.

  2. I NEVER said you can’t cut. I said you will gain fat when you bulk so if you cannot accept the fat gain at your current bodyfat level, you can cut to an acceptable level of bodyfat first. It is your choice. You’re a grown man. I can’t make these decisions for you because I’m not the one living your life 24/7.

  3. You need to get stronger. Period. You will just get fat if you gain weight without increasing your lifts.
