To add, you should never let your chest sink because that’s when other muscles are taking over. You want to push your chest up to attempt to fully activate it.
look i was playing around last chest day cuz it sucked… i was using the 25 dumbell and tis light for me u know im strong as hell
but every time i reach lock out i was squeezing pecs as hard and pushing them out. witch is something i never do i only foucs on shoulder back so chest is the main mover… so idk i thouhg ti should tellu this… also i got new questhion

Yeah that’s how you focus on contracting the chest. Gradually add weight while maintaining the quality of the contraction.
I depress my shoulder blades but I don’t retract them.
Stick with dumbbells and use a lower incline.

@dt79 you’re right, I’m natural. Not for any reason other than a) I’m getting still stronger without it; b) it’s expensive; and c) it’s illegal and I don’t like the risk. Thanks for the vote of confidence too. I think in the next year or two my squat will be getting there.
@rymon511 if you want a bigger squat, just like for any lift, you have to train for it. That means your focus must be on technique and bar weight. Any assistance you do should be what will help drive the lift. In other words, if you want a bigger squat don’t train for bigger legs. Your legs will probably get bigger anyway, but that’s beside the point. How exactly you’ll grow your squat is down to what works for you. I’ve had more success using plus sets and joker sets than I have using singles, doubles and triples close to my max. My buddy Justin is the opposite. You’ll have to experiment.

Yeah, see? You’re not flaring your elbows(turning the elbows out) as you push the weight up. That’s why the stress is on your shoulders.

Your elbows are turned inwards throughout the lift. When you lift the weight up, it ends up over the lower part of your chest near the top. Then you do some sort of funny motion to push the bar over your shoulders. That’s why your chest isn’t getting fully activated. You are using mostly triceps and shoulders.
You have to start turning your elbows out before the middle part of the lift as you lift the weight up.
Your rowing form is very good.
