Some time when you’re looking for a good meal you should take two pieces of whole wheat bread, cover one piece with some type of nut butter, cover the other with gelatinous fruit preserves, then put the two together and eat the concoction. It has a great macro profile.
I will call this creation…
the Peanut Butter sandwich
hey, maybe I’ll even add some jelly in there to make it a “post-workout” meal!
I was thinking the ‘gelatinous fruit preserves’ took care of the jelly already… Apparently there’s confusion though. Looks like he should’ve made a video instead of just explaining it. That could’ve cleared up your confusion.

Even his zingers are as creative as his videos… we’re all in trouble now!
Anyone know how to get water into a bottle? And once its in the bottle, how do I consume it?
x2
For the advanced bodybuilders here (not there yet, but someday–God willing!) could you maybe show how to do this, and then how to mix protein powder in the bottle?
I think I’ve got it down, but wouldn’t mind a second opinion.

Need a carb up meal? You’re covered with the SPAGHETTI BURRITO!
The spaghetti burrito… now available without spaghetti!
Sorry, no fancy cooking video. If you can’t figure out when to add frozen chicken strips to a bowl of boiling hot noodle water contact adult care services in your area.
Also, this tastes awesome but contains 3080+mg of sodium so maybe don’t eat it for every meal.

Carbs looking low relative to his request. Maybe add in something else as well. That is ALOT of volume!

He should drink 8 pints of Guinness at 17 carbs each.
Now we’re talking. You give me a bodybuilding-friendly cheeseburger with Chinese food in it and I’ll bow down to your infinite wisdom.
Define ‘bodybuilding friendly’ and we’ll see what happens.
As in, good for fueling muscle gains, but made with more identifiable foods than your typical Chinese takeout or fast food cheeseburger. No limit on carbs/fats.

Make the patties out of ground pork, and add 1/2 head chopped cabbage & 1 bunch green onions per pound. Add some soy sauce & sesame oil to taste and VOILA! you got potsticker burgers.
That’s the basic filling for Chinese Potstickers, so that ought to get you some Asian flavor
