Ditto. You never responded to me.
Sorry, have been busy and off the computer the past few. Will get back to you ASAP. Please hold.

Keep it up Ryan!

If people don’t like it, then don’t post your negative comments. How about (gasp) simply skipping past this thread? Such a difficult concept.

Keep on with your vids, man. Best of Luck.
Thank you!

While your videos aren’t of much help to me personally, that’s not to say there isn’t anyone out there who is enjoying them. Keep it up!

A bit of constructive advice you might consider - you do a good job in breaking down the macronutrient ratios for your meals…it might be an idea to touch on some of the specific health benefits of some of your ingredients (ie: Walnuts, spinach, etc). This may be of interest to your target audience.

Oh, and I believe the guacomole package you used called for 2 full avocados, that’s probably why you found you had better results with using half a pack

Spoken like a true 2011-er.

Although the chipotle sandwhich is making this PSMF diet I’m on kinda hard right now…

Thanks. I haven’t heard of a person on PSMF for a LONG time…didn’t even know people still did that!

I think people around here call it the “V-Diet”.

There was a big thread here on it about three years ago started by a dude named bricknyce which turned me on to it. I bought Lyle McDonald’s Rapid Fat Loss Handbook and decided to give it a shot.

It definitely works, but it’s pretty lame when you see delicious food.

For all those people saying my meals are too simple; freely rip me apart for this doozy!

As the first comment says; simple, yet awesome.

It comes across as WAY too restrictive for my tastes (pun intended). I personally don’t believe that it’s going to provide results that are leaps and bounds ahead of a standard caloric deficit approach involving proteins, fats, and carbs.

I’m not a fan of restrictive and/or extreme dieting measures, which is why I feel the way I do about it.

At this point…I’m just starting to think you’re trolling. Scrambled eggs with cheese and green beans…

Should I start making videos that just show a piece of steak with broccoli and say…add salt and pepper.

I mean…you didn’t even record the process of cooking the eggs. IF you did that…I’d give you the benefit of the doubt and say: “Okay…at least he’s showing someone how not to burn eggs or something”. But, just record a finished product of scrambled eggs and say…this is a good protein/fat meal…salt pepper. Uhhh…thanks man…If I hadn’t watched the video I would have never thought to scramble an egg and add a slice of cheese…

Welp, good to see you listened to the request that came along with that last video post  Thanks for not letting me down!

Get your Italian deli on!

^Okay, now that was just ridiculous. I know that you love knocking out these videos and that in your profile, you list your occupation as a ‘fitness professional’ (although I’m not quite sure what the actual requirements are for such a designation), but come on. If people seriously need you to instruct them on how to put pieces of chicken and cheese on a piece of bread, then I’m thinking that they’ve got bigger concerns than worrying about training and diet advice.

Y’know Ryan, I have to say that chicken sandwich video was ingenious. I don’t think I could have come up with that on my own. The music really added dramatic flair too. Keep on cranking out awesome vids and vittles! I’ll be watching.

Some time when you’re looking for a good meal you should take two pieces of whole wheat bread, cover one piece with some type of nut butter, cover the other with gelatinous fruit preserves, then put the two together and eat the concoction. It has a great macro profile.

I will call this creation…

the Peanut Butter sandwich

hey, maybe I’ll even add some jelly in there to make it a “post-workout” meal!

Hey man

Anyone know how to get water into a bottle? And once its in the bottle, how do I consume it?
