Ryan Kenelly Bench to 315 Program

I’ve recently stumbled upon ryan kenelly’s program for hitting a 3 plate bench. The thing that struck me odd in the program is that for more than half the time I would be pushing babby weights. I’ve been slowly grinding away at stronglifts 1x5 and it’s getting increasingly difficult to add weight to the bar. My current bench is 100kgs(easy) and 102.5kgs(birthgiving) for 5 reps. I believe I am able to push around 115kg for one rep. My question is how does this program work, is it legit?

IF you believe in the program, give it a try. If you improve, great. I doubt you will regress.
