Thnx! I going for the European Record single ply in my weight class this year. I already pressed it and even 25lbs above it, just not in an official meet yet. Than again, my competitions this year are from March until November…

Thnx! I started bulking as off last monday. Unfortunately i ended up with a slight shoulder injury yesterday, but i’ll keep on bulking anyway. I’m now 295lbs i think i hope to be 330lbs in April for some of my most important competitions. Than in july i think i’ll be coming to the US for some major competitions…
