Russian Skills Training Manual Labor Day

Coach, in the Russian skills training on the manual labor day, we pick 3 basic exercises and do 20-30 singles in a circuit fashion. Do we complete let’s say 20 military press then move on to 20 power snatch and so forth?

No, circuit fashion as in moving from one exercise to the next in a rotation.

For example:

1 military press
15-30 sec
1 squat
15-30 sec
1 deadlift
15-30 sec
1 military press
15-30 sec
1 squat
15-30 sec
1 deadlift
etc.
