i have just resently bought the product russian bear weight gainer. has anyone hurd of this product it is most famouse for its 5000 calorie servings. well if anyone knows about this product some goods and bads it would be a big help thanks
What does a 5000 calorie pile of maltodextrin look like?
If you have already purchased it, use as recommended. It isnt very cost effective but it does provide tons of cals.
