Rousey Can Beat Cain

I have Saku’s instructional DVD and it works better if you wear a mask.

Did you even watch the video? Ronda’s judo would definitely make it possible to gain that kind of position on Cain, remember she is an Olympian, and once there, Cain no can defend Lister’s secret technique
That is the only likely and foreseeable way that Rousey “beats” Cain. Way to keep it classy ;).

Yeah, she could “beat” Cain with that technique.

But in all seriousness she would never get to that position before Cain KO’d her unless Cain wanted her to.

Strongly suspect that while it sounds like bragging, it was actually a come on, and should be read as “I, Rhonda, want the best fighter in the world to beat it up in the octagon, in front of a huge crowd of people, and it would be really cool if I could be on top for part of it”

I don’t see it 50:50 but I do think Ronda is vulnerable this time. She brings so much negativity toward her and she’s so high strung. That kind of stress wears on a person. Conversely, Meisha has a much larger fan base this time and she will be able to feed off that positive energy. Finally, Meisha’s had all this time to come to terms with how Ronda baited her into overcommitting and not fighting her fight. She’s not going to let that happen again.

you don’t compete nor train anything, aren’t a HW and thinks if someone takes you to the mat you wouldn’t get subbed??

that’s dellusional.

remembers me of army guy versus Miguel Torres

Who said I don’t compete or train anything? I said I don’t do mma. The point being that just because someone does mma it doesn’t mean they can beat anyone who doesn’t. The UFC can advertize it as being “as real as it gets” but it isn’t even as real as it once was.

you guys really think cain could beat this? she’s willing to put it all on the line:

the same goes for everyone who trains something and thinks they are “ready” for the street.

Last time, when i was younger and drunk I got dragged into a brawl, the moment I took the guy down i got soccer kicked and stomped by his 3 friends.

I’m confounded by the sleeves. The only thing I can think of is she wore it as a favor to some friend who is a wannabe designer or something. Kind of like the Seinfeld episode where Jerry wore the pirate shirt as a favor to someone.

never watched Seinfeld, the only series i’ve managed to finish was Buffy, Angel, Dexter and Breaking Bad.
I’m trying to start game of thrones, but i’m still reading the first book.

If being a professional fighter is such a game changer then Ronda should be able to beat me. I don’t fight professionally nor do I train to. I’m not a HW. The truth is how badly I would hurt her depends solely upon my sense of compassion.
Now I don’t think Rousey could beat Cain 1 out of 1000 or more times. Against an untrained fighter, let’s say you, ( I don’t know your size and strength ) I think this attitude against someone like Rousey coming from an average male would spell major trouble for the male.

If I was to come into a physical confrontation with Rousey, my mindset would be if I am not careful this woman might choke me to death or dislocate/break an appendage.

What I believe is Rousey vs Cain… Cain wins 100,000 to 1

Rousey vs an average man… Rousey better be treated like a well trained man or that average man is fucked.

She could beat cain if she caught him properly, she’s trained extensively in leg locks which work well against larger individuals having trained with Dean Lister and the Armenians. Check out this video where Lister demos the perfect attack for Ronda:

uhm, Dean Lister is a big friggen dude when he’s not cutting weight…

i really think crazy Rhonda will win again… but, she’s still crazy, and not as pretty as Miesha. so who really cares?

i’m pretty sure she knows Cyborg will crush her, hence the refusal to find a weight class matchup…

I wouldn’t treat her like a well trained man because she isn’t a well trained man and she isn’t even well trained once you get beyond her Judo. If I somehow found myself in a confrontation with her I would laugh my ass off and tell her to go play with her dolls.

Based on all of your posts and especially this one, if you stepped in the ring with Ronda, I’d eagerly throw down a grand on Ronda.

I agree with you about Rousey v Tate. I think Ronda will win, I just think Meisha has a much better chance this time. I disagree about Cyborg. When they fight (and they will), I think Ronda will take her. Not only that, I think she will snap Cyborgs arm just to make a point (and because she’s a bitch).

Ftr, I think Ronda & Meisha are both yummy as hell.

i think the weight class is always gonna be the issue with Cyborg and Rhonda… 10 lbs matters, a lot…

JDS has said before that He could defeat a Klitchko in boxing with four months preparation. I wonder if anyone thinks that is perposterous too.
It’s beyond preposterous. It’s dumb as fuck.
Well, there is something about the Klitschko Brothers style that seems to make lesser fighters think they can trounce them. They don’t seem to be dynamic enough, or some shit. The reality is big, tall, strong dudes who hit hard and possess good fundamentals are tough to beat. They are dominant and flat out wreck dudes, but somehow come off beatable to the public and I think a lot of fighters.

The other part of it is I think Junior or Jones would love to take a beating for the kind of money Klitschko opponents make. Shit, I would to.

Well, I mean, they ARE beatable.

Both brothers have lost rather violently to lesser opponents before. I guess its like trying to convince someone of Tyson’s invincibility after you’ve seen him get sparked by Buster Douglas.

It might be the same person but the psychological impact is just not the same once they are humanized.
