I’ve rarely read of incorporating rotator work in during olympic lifting programs…as oppossed to powerlifting routines. Should I include some light rotator (or heavy)work in my olympic lifts? What do you guys do?
Because of the absurd amount of pulling and overhead movements involved in O-lifting rarely doesn’t one have to do any sort of work that involves the rotator cuff, it gets worked fairly indirectly. Though I’m sure you can throw in 3 sets of 15 on the shoulder horn or something.
