It wasn’t a rhetorical question at all. I really don’t understand how he gets away with it. When I was in local, a buddy of mine was tested constantly. He wasn’t even a fraction the size of Ronnie.
I assume the second part of your statement was rhetorical, but if an officer tests positive they are terminated, no jail time. I doubt Ronnie needs truck loads to maintain his size so he would probably get a misdemeanor citation for possession. He would have to possess enough where it appeared he had intent to sell to pull any jail time.
We caught one of our own smuggling 90lbs of MJ and he plead out and received 6 years, Federal time. A regular chump might only get 2-3 years.
