Ronnie Coleman 400lbs Dumbell Bench

.

Dang.

Nice pants, too.

Beautiful video. And I LOVE this YouTube comment:

“it’s poor form and etiquette to drop the weights like that at the end. I hope that’s his equipment.”

Yeah, I’m sure Ronnie goes to bed every night crying about that.

EDIT: I used “Ronnie” in the last sentence instead of “he”, which could be used to refer to either party here. Blah, blah, blah… :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m sure the owner of the equipment is tickled pink just to have Ronnie using his dumbells. I’d like to see the poster of that comment gingerly lay down a pair of 200’s after benching them for twelve reps with textbook form throughout the set.

Ronnie must be the craziest spectacle in any gym, what with his behemoth size, constant yelling and ostentatious garb. My gym needs a guy like that. I’d be doing some crazy overtraining, because I’d never leave.

That’s how you build a chest.

Metroflex gym in Arlington, Texas is where it’s at. Him and Branch Warren lift there.

Escape the harsh winter of Mass. and head south to the friendly confines of the Lone Star State.

That lift is mighty impressive!

LOL, I just want to live in a state where I can wear tank tops outdoors all year!

Yeah, I work out at a gym called “Metrosex”.

Actually I believe those are his dumbbells. In one of the Before the Olympia dvds he mentions how he bought the dumbbells for the gym so he would have something heavy enough to use.
