Ronnie Coleman yeah buddy, light weight baby part 2
You can’t help but just like Ronnie.
“Ain’t nothing but a peanut”
Yeah, I posted parts one and two in the teen section of BB.com and gave the timestamps for 2 parts.
"
All aspiring bodybuilders need to watch the part at 2:40. Listen to what he says… again and again.
Pay attention to what he says at 0:58 on this one.
"
The quotes are: (roughly)
“Everybody wanna be a body builder but don’t nobody wanna lift heavy ass weight. It’s ok, I’ll do it.”
“Everybody wanna be a body builder but don’t nobody wanna bench”
Even with my limited amount of knowledge, at times I feel like a mini Prof X over there.
Yeah I had to bump this just for 1:18
“Almost got away from me…like a big ole fish…MAN!!!”

“Thank God for natural strength”
Hey me and Ronnie have similar pill boxes! I wonder whose is the most legal?
It would be great to see a spoof of this video, they should get some scranwy ass geezer to go in a hardcore gym and walk round saying similar comments it would be funny to see the reactions to him training ‘Ronnie style’
Dizz loving that quote, holy shit we need another world war there are a few million people in need of culling, maybe we could send in bb.com members first

I’m on it.
What I can’t figure out is if he’s for real calling out that shit to psyche himself up, or if he’s kidding around.
Maybe both?
What the hell is corn-bread anyway? I’m mildy excited by it.
best line is:
“like brutus, you can do this”
at around 2:30
Thanks for posting. That’s some funny stuff.
Damn, the size of his legs!

Dear God, where the hell in the US did you grow up?
Cornbread, much like corn bread dressing which is largely corn bread crumbled up, is bread made from corn meal. Pretty much anyone from the south has eaten it at one point along with GRITS. I bet you don’t know that one either.
Are you American?

Almost scary. What’s funnier is they never actually show him getting into or out of his car in any of his videos. I can only imagine what that looks like.

Cornbread is delicious and a staple of the southern American’s diet. (and that’s southern US-southeast mainly, not South America)

I think he’s Australian.
I love Ronnie. He’s such a charismatic guy and that reminds me of another great; Arnold.
I think Ronnie is alot like Rampage Jackson. They have those engaging personalities that seem to draw people in. I’ve always been a fan of Ronnie, and I’m becoming a much larger fan of Rampage watching him coach on TUF.

Damn. I don’t think I could eat a bowl of Chille without some cornbread. That’s just…un-American ;-]
