Cardio-ed today
On Sunday I went tubing, by that I mean I was pulled by a speed boat in a tube. I had so much fun and got to go swimming. I did get flinged out though… I am a little sore from that, good times!

I like throwing in complexes. Do you do yours in that order?
I do this DL/row/clean/press complex. continuous all in a row. I do it over and over as many times as I can.
its a hell of a work out. weight can’t be too heavy though.

Yeah, I do it in that order. I find it flows best that way. There is a place, between Front Squats and GMs to add in over head press but I think my shoulders would take me out and shoot me if I did that.
Today, using 65, was the heaviest I have ever gone with a complex. I usually jusat use the empy bar. Those sets of 10 and 8 were difficult…

I just came back from various bars… obviously if it is only 12:30 I did not have nearly enough fun ![]()
I hate bars - last time I went out was 5 years ago. I’ll spend loads on a good meal, hell I’ll even go to a place alone with a good book or magazine. Problem with bars are the good ones are always overcrowded and those that aren’t crowded usually suck. blah.

I went out with friend who I havn’t seen nearly enough and we hoped around some places here. She confirmed what I always suspected, the majority of the men here really are gay. I mean that kind of gathering of so many stylishly dressed skinny men in one place can only lead one to believe that… I must move away from here…
