I also tried lunges… they hurt my toes…

Do your toes, on the foot the is behind, bend so when you are at the bottom of the lunge you are on your knee, toes and other foot? That would seem to be how it should go. Bah, my feet are weird.

Thanks. Though some of them did not feel easy…

You could throw in some over head presses in between the front squats and the good mornings if you wanted. My shoulders were against the idea so I stayed with what I listed there.

My knees have always given me trouble but now that I have my squat from down they seem to be ok. I saw that you said you owed your hamstrings to your lunges so I figure I needed to try it. Though it still hurts my foot so I will have to see how it goes…

Took yesterday off and cardio-ed today…

RDLs for hamstrings all the way!!

Lunges seem to make my whole butt hurt,haha! They also get that glute/ham area pretty good! So doing both on the same day= DOMs for a few days, eek.

My backside has a lot of catching up to do unfortunately…for the longest time I neglected everything else and thought squats were enough… :shrugs:

My hamstrong as fairly stong, under the fat :stuck_out_tongue:
In a certain light from a certain angle you can actually see them :stuck_out_tongue: I am just working on losing some of the extra padding so they will actually look strong.
