Yep, I have chalk. My hands still hurt to much and I need them for work.

Ronda - I’m sure there is but I can’t remember it. I did a mat Pilates class back in around 98 or 99 - it’s a while ago. I looked for it online but couldn’t find anything.

A sandwich sounds good! Cardio-ed…that’s funny. On a treadmill or what? About the only machine I can tolerate is the upright bike…maybe the treadmill for uphill work, but not running for me!

The knees get angrily inflamed and achy. The damage is done…the only thing I can do is not do the things that cause pain…which is running… :smiley:

I cannot run at all. Between my knees and my flat feet I tend to fall down… it’s kind of funny actaully :stuck_out_tongue:
I do my sprints on an eliptical because it is easier to control my speed. If your gym does spinning classes, those bikes are awesome.

The 205 sure felt like something though. I usually do another set of warm ups before I reach 205 and skiped them today, perhaps I should not of.

I didn’t think I was hyper extending my back, that is just the way I do them.

and on the sldl, you want to drive your hips through and squeeeeze your toosh, but not bend backwards to do it, lol…

I used to do that when I DL’d to emphasis that yes, i was driving my hips through…had to break that habit!

I can see what you mean. While I don’t think I am leaning back in order to squeeze I can see where it looks like that. I was going alot faster in the video then I should, partly because those guys were just to close for comfort. The leaning back is un needed movement though and I need to just take my time and come up more slowly and pay attention to my ass :stuck_out_tongue:
