Bench press 1x10x45, 1x8x95, 1x6x115, 3x5x145, 2x4x145, 1x3x145, 1x4x145…
I was not so thrilled with my bench performance as I was supposed to do 5x5x145 for bench. I did get all of my reps in in 6 sets however…
It is going to get tougher from here on out…

My gym is closed, remodeling, until this Weds. So I am taking a nice break and visiting my chiropractor and my massage therapist. It has been great, but I can’t wait to get back in there ![]()

I’m not on my 5,3,1 program yet but I wanted push some weight and see where I was at.
Yesterday I did Complexes
DL,SLDL, BB Row, Front Squat, GMs, Back Squat 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Today I hit upper body.
I warmed up with a wider grip bench press… doesn’t quite feel right yet.
1x10x45, 1x6x95, 1x3x115, 1x3x135, 1x1x155, 1x4x135 felt kind heavy…
HS Iso Row 2x10x45, 2x8x80
HS Low Row 3x10x45
HS HIgh Row 1x8x45, 2x6x45

Today was my first offical day back in the gym on my 5,3,1 routine.
Squat 1x10xBW, 1x8x45, 1x8x95, 1x6x135, 1x6x135, 1x5x185, 1x5x205, 1x5x230
Everything felt heavy today and the 230 was difficult. I also used my new knee wraps today but only on the 230 squat. They are weird because they have a layer of ruber in the center which causes them to be very thick when rolled up. This makes it hard to get a good grip when wrapping my knees. I am going to have to learn these wraps some more.

My right hand is all kinds of FUBAR. I had to use my straps to DL to take the pressure off my hand. I’m going to see a Doc in about 2 weeks to see what is going on with it.

wanted to do heavy singles but my knee wraps are hurting me so badly that I am having trouble concentrating on my squat and not th pain in my knees. I am not sure how I am going to wear these suckers in.

The front judge said I was a 300lb squatter ![]()
It is narrow, I am trying to get used to a wider grip but it is proving hard to change.
My knee hurts. Not sharp but it aches. I am still in phyiscial therapy but I am not really sure what to do about it any more.
