Joe and his wife actually picked out the name. While Joe is a big fan of Peanuts stuff and Snoopy he actually named him after one of the many brother in the Weasley family from the Happy Potter books. Charlie was supposed to be the big, strong red headed, dragon taming brother… my Charlie started out muscular…

Last squat session before the meet…
I have to say that I am a bit disappointed that I did not reach the goals I set for myself for this meet. That said everything is what it is and I will squat and I will get a total and I will get stronger for the next meet.
Squat 1x10xBW, 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x135, 1x3x155, 1x2x185, 1x1x205, 1x1x225, 1x1x245, 1x1x265, 1x1x265, 1x1x225, 1x1x225
The 265 was hard and I did not hit depth at all. I will see on the day of the meet how it is all feeling and how the monolift treats me if I will open at 225 or 245… we will see…
Ronda, I can’t wait to see how you make out at the meet. Your squat has really gotten up there. Of course your bench has been kick ass for a long time.
