craniopathy is when the chiro adjusts the fontenels ( plate joints) in your skull
I get plenty of upper pallette manipulation - that help my neck.

O_b_s is right sometimes pain in knees or legs- isnt localized
just like your back pain often manifests in strange place

this is my chiropractic college dropout 2.2 cents

I find my rectus femoris ( front or tops of quad)
is always the culprit with quad pain and hip stiffness
try BSS holds they help me.

LOL! You know I really wasn’t expecting it. He went over and put a finger condom on and told me to open up. Me, being the trusting soul that I am, kind of crinkled my eyebrows at him but did want he said. Next thing I knew I had his finger against the roof of my mouth and his other had on my head. It’s not like I could feel my cranial plate move, I could feel any thing actually. I hope it did something good.

To tell you the truth I am not sure. I have the book but I can’t find that info either way, though I am sure it is in there. I just figured if I didn’t make it the first time and I took a rest and I made it the second time it was all good.

Joe came with me to the gym to help me with my form. He mentioned, as I have have also noticed, my hips tend to rise first and when I am setting up the lift I get lower with my hips but on the reps my hips do not go down as far. Idk why I do this and I can’t figure out how not to do this. I am a little frustrated.

I am starting to think I will definently have to reset my bench before the meet in Febuary. That 3x150 was almost impossible, I had a spotter for the 2nd try, he swears he didn’t touch it but I am not sure I believe him :confused:
