To tell you the truth I am not sure. I have the book but I can’t find that info either way, though I am sure it is in there. I just figured if I didn’t make it the first time and I took a rest and I made it the second time it was all good.

Yeah its fien to repeat a week if you think you can hit it and just didn’t for some reason.
Joe came with me to the gym to help me with my form. He mentioned, as I have have also noticed, my hips tend to rise first and when I am setting up the lift I get lower with my hips but on the reps my hips do not go down as far. Idk why I do this and I can’t figure out how not to do this. I am a little frustrated.

I am starting to think I will definently have to reset my bench before the meet in Febuary. That 3x150 was almost impossible, I had a spotter for the 2nd try, he swears he didn’t touch it but I am not sure I believe him
