I thought I was over my vertigo but as soon as I lay bak to bench press, dizzy. That said it was a deload week so I was able to manage.

Bench Press 1x10x45, 1x5x65, 1x5x85, 1x5x95, 5x10x70

HS Row 5x10x45

School started back OMG!crazy-brotard-gym-guys… EVERYWHERE!!![/quote]

Yeah no kidding, its like this at the start of every year and right after New Years.

Ugh I hope you get past this dizzy thing. I would definitely see your doctor.

I finally had it on Thursday and went to an Urgent Care Center/ Walk-in CLinic. They took x-rays of my sinuses and said they saw a little bit of stuff in them but nothing really to be giving me such problems, so no sinus infection. Said was some fluid in my ear but I did not have an irritated ear drum, so no ear infection. They rally sseemed as perplexed as I was as to what could be causing this, so the perscribed me a bunch of meds cause they figured something will have to make me feel better eventually. I got an antibiotic, something for the dizziness, nasal spray (which I was told by 3 different peopl in the office plus the pharmacist that they were adictive so be careful pictures celebrity rehab for nasal spray). Plus over the counter decongestant.
meh, sometimes I feel better and sometimes I don’t shrugs

Squat 1x10xBW, 1x10x45, 1x10x65, 1x10x95, 1x8x115, 1x8x135, 1x6x155, 1x5x175, 1x1x205, 5x10x85

Lat Pull Down 2x10x70, 3x10x80

Cable Rows 4x10x70, 1x10x80

The squat at 205 was supposed to be a double but I failed to make it up on the second squat.

I played around with different types of ab work that didn’t invlolve me laying down, I am not sure what is going to work best for me yet.

While the gym was not that packed there was a line of what I assume to be freshmen girls for the GG BG machines… I was not getting in line for that so skipped it for today…

I was going to post videos of today’s session but the battery died in my camera :frowning:

I did however feel like posting a pic, I haven’t done that in ages  I am quite please with what 5,3,1 is doing for my body

Go Cyborg!

well, the vertigo certainly doesn’t sound cool and weird they can’t figure it out…

I like what 531 is doing for you too.

why thank you very much

Sometimes I feel better and sometimes I don’t. I have never been prone to having allergies but I have never lived in Alabama before either, perhaps there is some sort of exotic southern pollen that has my name on it :stuck_out_tongue:

Thank you. I am aiming for a flat stomach like yours

Me too, this sucks :frowning:

They didn’t figure out what was wrong with me, either, but the vertigo did disappear once I started taking antibiotics for the cystitis. Maybe your antis will fix it. Here’s hoping. And here’s hoping it’s not labyrinthitis - that sucks.

Oh, and nice rack!

Bench Press 1x10x45, 1x8x65, 1x8x100, 1x6x115, 1x3x135, 1x2x135, 5x10x75

Cable Row 3x10x70, 2x10x50

Tricep Pull Down 3x10x30, 2x10x25

Bench sucked because every time I laid down the room spun for about 10 seconds. I was supposed to do at least 5x135 but didn’t make it. Any one who does 5,3,1, do I need to do something about that?

Just act like you did the 5 reps and see if it happens again.

531 is definitely doing you good!

I remember when I used to be able to do 5 reps on 135 easily :frowning:

Yeah, I understand the suckage. I remember doing 5 x 5 with 60kg. I think I may even have gone to 62.5kg at one point. Shoulder won’t let me bench at all now. I has a sad.

Deadlift 1x10x115, 1x8x140, 1x6x165, 1x5x185, 1x1x215, 1x1x235*, 5x10x115

Goodmornings 2x10x45, 3x10x65

My hands were a wreck and were done with doing anything that involved me having to hold on to anything. I’m delecate! :stuck_out_tongue:
