Ugh I hope you get past this dizzy thing. I would definitely see your doctor.
I finally had it on Thursday and went to an Urgent Care Center/ Walk-in CLinic. They took x-rays of my sinuses and said they saw a little bit of stuff in them but nothing really to be giving me such problems, so no sinus infection. Said was some fluid in my ear but I did not have an irritated ear drum, so no ear infection. They rally sseemed as perplexed as I was as to what could be causing this, so the perscribed me a bunch of meds cause they figured something will have to make me feel better eventually. I got an antibiotic, something for the dizziness, nasal spray (which I was told by 3 different peopl in the office plus the pharmacist that they were adictive so be careful pictures celebrity rehab for nasal spray). Plus over the counter decongestant.
meh, sometimes I feel better and sometimes I don’t shrugs
The squat at 205 was supposed to be a double but I failed to make it up on the second squat.
I played around with different types of ab work that didn’t invlolve me laying down, I am not sure what is going to work best for me yet.
While the gym was not that packed there was a line of what I assume to be freshmen girls for the GG BG machines… I was not getting in line for that so skipped it for today…

well, the vertigo certainly doesn’t sound cool and weird they can’t figure it out…
I like what 531 is doing for you too. ;)
why thank you very much
Sometimes I feel better and sometimes I don’t. I have never been prone to having allergies but I have never lived in Alabama before either, perhaps there is some sort of exotic southern pollen that has my name on it

They didn’t figure out what was wrong with me, either, but the vertigo did disappear once I started taking antibiotics for the cystitis. Maybe your antis will fix it. Here’s hoping. And here’s hoping it’s not labyrinthitis - that sucks.
Bench sucked because every time I laid down the room spun for about 10 seconds. I was supposed to do at least 5x135 but didn’t make it. Any one who does 5,3,1, do I need to do something about that?

Just act like you did the 5 reps and see if it happens again.

I remember when I used to be able to do 5 reps on 135 easily
Yeah, I understand the suckage. I remember doing 5 x 5 with 60kg. I think I may even have gone to 62.5kg at one point. Shoulder won’t let me bench at all now. I has a sad.
