I think I might have benched 155 in the past at some point so I don’t think this is a PR. That said in my opinion 150 is pretty damn good from where I started out in May
I started feeling ill when during back squats shortly after my 205. Then I just completely burnt out and had to stop. If it all works out I should have a video to upload soon
My should and neck started to twinge earlier this week and I am not about to go through what I did last year. I didn’t do any of my conditioning work because I didn’t want to irritate an already uncomfortable situation. I think part of the problem is taht I have not found a chiroprator here since I have moved. The few that I have called either close at the same time I get out of work or do not take my insurance. I need to find one before the week is out.
I don’t think the 155 is a PR, I think I may have done that once before. From here on out though, anything more will be PR!!! yay!
Then I got terribly dizzy when I tried to do some ab work and had to leave. I don’t know what was up with that, it was completely new
WHile I have made some good lifts during this max week I have had obsticales that have kept me from finishing out my normal conditioning routine, that sucks.
Next week will be my deload, that will actually be great

I think I might have vertigo and that was the sudden onset. I think it is just positional vertigo because it happens everytime I look up, sit up, or lie down… I guess I will need to call my doctor on Monday
I had that happen a few years ago. I thought I might be perimenopausal (cycle got out of whack, as well) but turns out I was just really really run down. Had cystitis - had to go on antibiotics for that - and then caught every virus going for about eight months. Apparently my white cell count was low. But I bounced back.
Might be worth checking for cystitis even if there’s no discomfort - you can sometimes get vertigo with that. I’d also suggest getting a hormone panel. (Obviously, check for ear infection too!)
I am actually happy this is a deload week. I have 3 after work appointments next week and a friend coming to stay with me on Thrusday-Saturday.
The vertigo I think is sinus related. It was pretty bad Saturday morning and then it went away. I was fine Sunday up until the onset of a sinus headache and then the room started to spin. I took Zyertec and a little nap and I felt mostly better. I am not sure if I need to see the doctor or not at this point.
